The Home Building Association of Richmond is proud to host the 68th Annual Parade of Homes. Each year, this event has grown in popularity and has become Richmond’s premier showcase of new homes. 2019 is no exception with 73 new homes available on the self-guided tour.

You’ll see just about every style of new home imaginable, in six localities throughout the Greater Richmond area, with sale prices ranging from the $200s to over $1 million. This is an exceptional opportunity to see innovative ideas, spectacular design features and floor plans, and master craftsmanship – all for free.

This event is presented by the Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR), a non-profit trade association founded in 1946 and an affiliate of the Home Builders Association of Virginia and the National Association of Home Builders. HBAR members include builders, developers, remodelers, Realtors®, mortgage lenders, suppliers, subcontractors, and many others that relate to the residential construction industry. Our membership is committed to fighting for safe and affordable housing in our communities, expanding business and technical skills, and educating consumers about the newest industry products, techniques and services through events like Parade of Homes and Richmond Homearama®. When you decide to buy or build a new home, or even remodel your existing home, be sure the contractor is a member of the Home Building Association of Richmond by visiting HBAR.org for a complete member listing.

Thank you for allowing the Home Building Association of Richmond the opportunity to show you how dreams are built in residential construction.

Enjoy the Show

Yours truly,
Tim Parent
